Women And Words: Pawn Shops, The Apocalypse and Pranks

July 30, 2017

Women and Words Overview

23-28 July 2017

Andi and Jove are fans of pawn shops, but not for reasons you think. Also, they have some good suggestions for things to hoard for the apocalypse: Silver, toilet paper, alcohol, ammo, knives, but probably not the Peter Frampton 8-track Andi once bought at a pawn shop in Gallup, NM so she could prank her archaeology buddies.

23 July: Author Elizabeth Cox joined us to discuss her novella Tragedy at Bawley Bay, a gothic historical ghost story.

And Jove and Andi would like to both report that they have their hotel rooms reserved already for ClexaCon, which is in April, 2018 (provided we’re not all running to Jove’s to ride out the beginnings of the apocalypse; don’t worry. Andi and Jove’s wife stockpile toilet paper.)
